Before:

The creature to Niki's right, in spite of being twice Niki's size, looked as thin as silk.

Its' claws were part of its wings.

Niki sprinted for the wall, hit it, and ran up its side. She had no idea what kind of creature came up behind her. She kicked off where the wall met the ceiling to flip backward over the head of her pursuer to land behind it.

The creature was a little too fast and a little too dumb to kill its' momentum just like that.

It slammed full into the wall.

Niki leaped at the moth thing with the idea of kicking what looked to be its' skull, missed, but got it in the torso to sink her foot into its soft exterior, not quite breaking through but getting pretty damned close.

The creature collapsed like it'd been cracked with a crowbar.
